Up high on the 4th floor, upon entering this apartment you are immersed with light as the balcony spans the entire length of the apartment with floor to ceiling windows. The living room has been designed to be kept as open as possible with a few statement pieces and plants. The L shape sofa faces the flat screen TV and coffee table with the glass dining table with chairs behind. The kitchen is just around the corner from the living area with all major appliances integrated. The whole place has been designed to create a beach feel, with tropical colours and plenty of plants.
The bedroom continues the beach theme, featuring large mirrors, a dressing table and a large king size bed in a light blue room. You can access the balcony from both the living area and bedroom, where you’ll find a small table and chairs. The bathroom has recently been renovated with a shower over bath and crisp white walls.
