Everything you need to know
1. Request to Reserve
Browse our website and pick your favourite (it'll be tough) and the simply use the reserve button to send us the dates you're looking to stay and your contact details. All the apartment profiles include a detailed description, location and a full high quality gallery.
3. Accept T&Cs
In your email confirmation, you will receive our terms & conditions attached. It is imperative you reply to your confirmation accepting these. Once we have received that email back from you, we will pre-authorise your debit or credit card to secure your booking.
5. What you'll find inside
Inside the apartment you'll have two sets of keys, one with a Birmingham Bull to access great local deals. You'll also find a manual for the apartment, basic kitchen amenities (breakfast can be added for an extra cost), travel size toiletries and Netflix and Amazon Prime on all SMART TVs.
2. Confirmation
Once we receive your confirmation, one of the team will be in touch to have a chat with you and ensure you are happy with the apartment, pricing and details before sending a confirmation. We will also look to help in any way we can, travel arrangements, restaurant reservations etc. No request is too much trouble.
4. Meet & Greet
Each guest is met in person by a member of the team, they will liaise your arrival time on the day. They will provide an in-depth tour, sign post the local attarctions and supermarkets before processing payments and deposits. We also require valid photo ID upon arrival so please ensure you have this with you.
6. On hand
The member of staff you meet upon check in will be your liaison throughout your stay, so if you have any issues or questions then simply get in touch with them and they will do their best to help you rectify anything you need. The same member of stay will meet you on check out and process your deposit return.
